Ayele, Emmanuel Utomi, FICBC, ACA, Cert. BC. He is the Institute’s representative in Nigeria and the founder of ICBC Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Business Consultants, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), he hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Lagos state University. He began his Accountancy career in Yaba college of Technology, Lagos where he obtained his Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria with specialty in Public Finance.

Ayele, Emmanuel Utomi has over twenty years’ practical experience in financial management and IT integration. He began his career in the IT accounting sector with the implementation of accounting system software responsibilities in various industries with Colby Systems Limited. This gave him the opportunity to have vast knowledge in financial and accounting compliance. He is well-known as technology and compliance sector entrepreneur. He has also worked in Telecommunication sector (Celia Motophone Limited), Oil and Gas sector (Linkso Nigeria Limited, Audubon-Linkso Engineering Company Limited and Piprops Engineering Limited). He held various positions in these establishments both as an officer and as a senior manager. He is currently the managing partner with Basichiegem Resources Limited, a consulting firm. He is married and blessed with children.

rev. Vincent Arianegbe

Rev. Vincent Arebunu Arianegbe, FICBC, Cert. BC, B.Sc. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Business Consultants and member of ICBC Nigeria board of trustees. He is a member of the Institute’s Legal and Counsel department. Rev. Vincent is a man with experience in the engineering field running more than two decades with vast knowledge in project management, consulting, transportation Etc. His working career started with the Teaching Service Commission, Edo state, where he groomed himself in office ethics and managerial skills. He has worked with Delta Steel Company in Warri, Niger Motors Lagos and Kaduna State Transport Authority. He served as project coordinator for Pehit & Company and Hammer Projects International Limited where he supervised major projects for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and other non-governmental entities.

He began his Engineering journey with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. He also holds a Diploma in Theology from A.N.F.C.B.I Benin City, Educational Fellowship Certificate with Oral Robert University, United States of America, a certified business consultant with the Institute of Certified Business Consultants, Canada. At the moment he is pursuing his masters in Divinity at the West African Theological Seminary, Lagos. He is also the General Overseer of Chariot of Light Assembly, Lagos.

PAUL NWOLISA

Pastor Paul Nwolisa, FICBC, MBA, FCIB, ACIM, ACIEN. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Business Consultants and the Institute’s Vice President.

He is a holder of Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria (FCIB), and an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Economist of Nigeria (ACIEN) and Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria (ACIM). He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School Lagos, Nigeria and IESE Business School Barcelona, Spain respectively.

He is a Visionary Business and Leadership Management Professional with key skills in business structures, systems and processes, personnel management, strategic business growth planning and operations processes, with over 30 years of progressive experience within the Financial Industry, Oil & Gas, Commercial Trading and Human Capital Development. He possesses high-level leadership training and competence development skills. He authored many published and unpublished titles. He left Bank PHB Plc, a frontline banking Institution as an Assistant Vice President in charge of Domestic and International Operations before running his businesses.

Paul is very passionate about teaching and hand-holding emerging Entrepreneurs who are interested in knowledge acquisition and practice of sustainable wealth creation principles. He is the publisher of “SEEDS”; a periodic financial empowerment magazine and the host of the weekly Financial Empowerment Programme tagged “Moment of Change”. He volunteers as a Senior Faculty member and one of the leaders at Daystar Business Academy (DBA) and also the Registrar, Daystar Skills Acquisition Program (DSAP); where Entrepreneurs are taught various business technical Skills in addition to how to start and ethically run businesses. He is also an ordained Minister of the gospel of Christ.

Pastor Paul Nwolisa is a highly sought after leadership trainer, mentor and coach to many young emerging business startup Entrepreneurs. He is the President/CEO of Empire Group; a business group with Companies in Management & Financial Consulting, Auto-Engineering, Oil and Gas, Business development and product merchandising.

Amayoh, Abiodun Omolola, FICBC, MBA, Cert.BC, CPP, ITIL (UK), ISEB-BA (UK), LCCI (UK).

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Business Consultants and the Institute’s Assistant Registrar. She holds academic certificates in Accountancy and Finance, MBA in Human Resource Management from Lagos State University, Lagos, professional certificates in Process Optimization, Business Analysis and Consulting, ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), and Business Management. She is a trained and certified Business Analyst/Consultant and Project Management expert.  Amayoh, Abiodun Omolola has worked in both local and multinational companies. She is a sort after Instructor/Coach. She is a member of London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Institute of Certified Process Professional, Project Management Institute and ISEB Bus Analysis and IT information Library.

She is an experienced business professional with experience that cuts across all the value streams of different enterprise, which includes Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Distribution Management, Process Re-engineering and Optimisation, Business Analysis, Project Management as well as Information System. She also has experience in Human Capital Development and Business Management.

Abiodun is passionate about Talent Development, Business Education and Enlightenment. She is the Managing Partner and CEO of Latent Resources envisioned with developing talents and skills from the cradle. Initiator Danielles & Emmanuelles an Event, Tourism and Logistics Enterprise. Also top on her cap is the pioneering and building of businesses.

GABRIEL ILENREL PICTURE

Engr. Gabriel Ilenreh, FICBC, Cert. BC, MBA, B.Sc. He is a fellow of the Institute of Certified Business Consultants and a member of the Institute’s Legal and Counsel department. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Benin, Benin City and an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He is also an Oracle Certified Associate in data management and processing.

Engr. Ilenreh is a Chemical Engineer with about 30 years’ experience in operations, business development and project management. He started his professional career with Palplast Nigeria Limited in Ilupeju, Lagos where he was a Shift Production Supervisor. He worked with Tate Industries PLC as an Assistant Manager – Production. Thereafter, moved to West Africa Portland Cement Plc. as a Technical Superintendent where he was engaged in Operations, Quality and Process efficiency and Project Management. He worked with Gaslink Nigeria Limited in the year 2000 to 2003. While in Gaslink, he was Technical Assistant to the Managing Director/CEO; in this role, he worked very closely at project and corporate strategy formation in an advisory capacity to the Managing Director. He was later moved to business development where he led the team that developed the Greater Lagos Industrial Area Gas Project Phase11. In 2003, he was employed by Owel-Linkso, where he was involved in the development and management of various projects and later as Chief Operating Officer for the group.  He was the Managing Director of Linkso Nigeria Limited from 2012 to 2014.  He is currently the Managing Director of PNG Gas Limited and he has been a director in Gas Train Limited since June 2014 to date.

Onwuzuruike, Victoria Chidiebere, FICBC, Cert. BC, B.Sc. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Business Consultants and the Institute’s Public Relations & Protocols. She holds Bachelor degree in Physical/Health Education from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Diploma and a Degree in Theology from God’s Bible School, TREM. She is a trained Certified Business Consultants, Trainer, Coach and Mentor of Young women as well as lover of sports.

Mrs. Victoria has over twenty five (25) years’ practical working experience in Customer care services and Treasury management. She began her working career as a Marketing/PR officer with the task of marketing company products and services responsibilities with Foresight Finance & Investment Limited. This gave her the opportunity to have vast knowledge in Customer care services, marketing and Treasury tasks. She has also worked for United Parcel Services, Juliant Bearing Nigeria Limited, General Telephone & Electronics, 21st Century Technologies Limited and United Bank for Africa Plc. She held various positions in these establishments both as an officer and as a manager. She is currently the CEO of Plush Spicy Eatery, a catering outfit and she is a mother of Five (5) children.

FESTUS MRAKPOR

Festus D. Mrakpor, (JP), FICBC, M.Sc., M.Ed., B.Sc. He is a fellow of the Institute of Certified Business Consultants and head of the Institute’s Education & Examination Unit.  He is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education candidate at UNICAF University MW. He holds Master of Education with distinction in Educational Leadership and Administration, University of Nicosia, Cyprus as well as Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Roehampton London, UK. He completed a BSc in Management from the California Coast University California USA. As well obtained certificate in Initiating and Planning Projects University of California Irvine. He also completed a National Diploma in Welding Engineering Technology from the Petroleum Training Institute Effurun, Nigeria. He is an appointed Justice of the Peace (JP) by the Delta State Government, the founder, first Executive Chairman of The American Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) Nigeria Section. A member Project Management Institute (PMI) Pennsylvania USA, and member Chartered Management Institute (CMI) UK.

He specializes in Project/Quality Management, Educational management, Leadership, and Administration and has operated in the oil and gas industry as well as the Educational Sector for over twenty-five years. At the beginning of his professional career between 1991 to 1996 he worked in several organizations as a quality control inspector and supervisor, worked with Delta Steel Company Aladja as an assistant QC inspector and moved on to Swift Inspection Services in Nigerdock Lagos where he worked as a QA/QC Inspector and conducted quality surveillance checks on onshore and offshore fabricated structures for SBM/IMODCO and Chevron Calm Buoy projects. In 1997 to 2002 he worked with Oxcel Limited as an NDT Inspector/Supervisor performed NDT services for several pipeline projects constructed by Daewoo Nigeria Limited, Nigerian Dredging, and Marine Company, Dec Oil and Gas Limited within SPDC Western Division. Oceaneering Solus Schall as a Quality Control Inspector seconded to Wilbros Nigeria Limited to performed quality surveillance checks on several projects.

Between 2003 to 2011 he has worked as a project management inspector with Oversea Technical Services and Amec King-Wilkinson involved in the quality management and supervision of Shell Petroleum Development Company Land and Swamp Flowline Replacement Project in the Western Division. Thereafter worked with Linkso Nigeria Limited as a Quality Surveillance Inspector representing Shell Petroleum Development Company on the Forcados Yokri Integrated Project (FYIP). Then moved on to work as a Quality Manager with Navgas, Limited Lagos during the construction of the LPG storage tanks and piping facilities. He eventually worked as Operations manager with Oracle Limited and managed the resource personnel both experts and nationals on the Chevron Agbami FPSO field operations. He also worked as a project manager with Oilfield Project Support Limited during the construction of Sterling Global Flow Station at Kwale axis. As at 2012 to date worked as business/NDT manager with Linkso Nigeria Limited responsible for the day to day management of Chevron NDT Project as well as a Project Manager on the NNPC Escravos to Lagos Gas Pipeline Project phase ll.

He is currently the Chief Operating Officer Technical Services Linkso Nigeria Limited, the CEO Oilfield Project Support Limited a project/quality management consultancy organization and the Founder/CEO Success Heritage Modern Academy a government-approved basic and secondary educational institution in Delta State, Nigeria.

RICHARD Adepitan, FICBC, MBA, B.Sc.He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Business Consultants and a member of the Institute’s International relations/opportunities department. He holds B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Microbiology in Second Class Upper Division in 1992 and an MBA in 2000 from University of Lagos. After his NYSC in 1993, he started his career in 1994 with Cadbury Nigeria PLC, Agidingbi – Ikeja, Lagos where he acquired experiences in research & Development, Quality Assurance, Production Management, Factory Hygiene & Environmental Management as well as Regulatory Affairs Management; liaising with both state and federal regulatory agencies. During his career at Cadbury Nigeria, he attended several local and international technical courses / training in Nigeria, Switzerland, France, United Kingdom, South Africa and India.

He left Cadbury Nigeria in May 2010 and started his consulting firm, KOMPETITIVE EDGE KONSULT, in November 2010. He teamed up with MEGAXEL NIGERIA LIMITED, a consulting firm also based in Lagos to handle long duration projects. He is disciplined, hardworking, morally upright, ethically-minded, highly cerebral and respectful with an uncommon passion for acquiring and disseminating knowledge. In 2012, he served as CORPORATE HEAD, QUALITY HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (QHSE) at GENESIS GROUP OF NIGERIA LIMITED, Port-Harcourt, an industrial catering firm with interests in Industrial Catering, Manufacturing, Hotels and Cinema. In May 2013, he managed the Regulatory Affairs portfolio for L’OREAL CENTRAL WEST AFRICA LIMITED which later became L’OREAL WEST AFRICA (FZE) with responsibility for both Nigeria and Ghana but liaising more frequently with France, South Africa and Kenya. While at L’Oréal, his very high ethical conduct earned him the appointment as Country’s Ethics Correspondent liaising with other Ethics Correspondents in many countries in Europe, Asia and Middle East.

Presently, Richard is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of KOMPETITIVE EDGE KONSULT, a regulatory services consulting firm based in Lagos, NIGERIA having retainership with three major clients namely, L’OREAL WEST AFRICA LTD; FAREAST MERCANTILE COMPANY LTD. and NIGERIAN-GERMAN BUSINESS ASSOCIATION (NGBA) as well as other clients on a need-to-serve basis. He is also involved in provision of technical services, general management as well as human capital development for the past eight years. His hobbies include traveling, networking, watching movies and teaching. He is married with children and resides in Lagos, Nigeria.
